      Pros

      Good work environment, helpful senior & manager & colleagues, good experience overall. Good work evaluation after each month. Hybrid work, 1 day office, 4 days online.

      Cons

      No clear development plan for new hires, low salary, no involvement in standups & such for new hires, new hires work a bit isolated from the rest of the team. Social & medical after 3 months, salary is always cash paid, even for some old employees, no bank payroll account for each new employee
