There are three reasons why you’d work for PeopleBrowsr: * You have been there for so long that no one else would employ you * You got absolutely nothing on your resume and “just need a job” * You are truly desperate potentially looking at becoming homeless The CEO Jodee Rich clearly has no concept of employee satisfaction. The office is a depressing dungeon with no happiness or joy. Personal conversations are not allowed and God forbid if someone accidentally forget to switch their phone to silent - because then “The Mighty Vampire Overlord shall raise his iron fist!” He treats his employees worse than sex slaves, verbally abuses staff and outside office hours he’ll hunt you down until he gets what he wants. The tech is bad. Marketing is bad. The hours are bad. The culture is bad. I wish I had read the reviews on Glassdoor before taking on this job. Oh, and for your information the only 5 star positive review here is written by the CEO :-)
