      no good reasons-- you are worst worst worst company

      disgrace to the complete human society, mental torture to people who work for people frame and dontcare attitude from management especially from Finance and HR Department, i dont want to reveal your names because you people will loose your jobs.

      They work for Accenture and Mphasis

      Cons

      Very poor HR policies, definitely not employee oriented. Very unfair appraisal system and try to delay appraisal as much as possible. Never pay increments in lump-sum and keep instlalments until next appraisal becomes due. Treat ex-employees like beggars and settles F&F not less than a year that to after repeated follow-ups.
