If i had to pick one: - High turnover, which is normal within the recruitment industry

It's a sales role. other than that, it's an awesome company

Bad working environment, nothing good at all. Extremely toxic.

1. Toxic Working Environment (Full of gossip, back-stabbing & advantage taking) 2. Consultants treated as mere money trees 3. Business Leaders get rid of consultants as & when they like 4. Management has no sympathy for consultants (Family, Medical Issues etc) 5. Forced unspoken rule of OT (Consultants who don't get ostracized) 6. Known for Micro-Management of consultants 7. Rude to clients - Telling clients off during Business Meetings 8. Forces consultants to attend quarterly event (Made compulsory) 9. HR Team - Lazy HRBPs who give excuses on salary issues 10. Biased Treatment - Pregnant staff allowed to work from home for the whole gestation period, however staff who have young children / medical condition have been forced to come to work & unhappiness have been displayed by Business Leaders.

long working hours, 5.5day work week, poor air ventilation makes for unconducive office environment

Not many opportunities for internal growth

You might lost yourself and feel frustrated for this kind of environment, as we are dealing with people, their decision and mindset could change over a night.
