Pros

This is a place where you are trusted with responsibility, where you are given growth opportunities and good guidance. You are given the freedom to do your job, something that I really missed in my previous jobs. This is not the place where you want to be spoonfed and told about every single thing you need to do. This is absolutely NOT the place if you are the type that likes to complain about your colleagues without reason. I feel like I can finally explore my creative side here - especially the kind of clients Pepper has

Cons

Sometimes, some of the HR processes can be a little long. But since it is shorter than my previous company, I can't complain.

Pros

None. Save yourself from this abomination.

Cons

Small firm, heavily understaffed. Team is overworked and severely underpaid. Due to this and ironically, team lacks basic communication and relationship building. No proper system of working and complete LACK of time management along with planning. NO added benefits or perks WHATSOEVER. Extremely hierarchical, you will be prone to face some bullying here. No scope for any upskilling over here. Do not fall for the clients and brands here, it is hard to keep yourself motivated by the way people operate here. Rather be unemployed than suffer through these miserable working conditions, it's a false mask under the name of a "corporate". Don't make the mistake of joining this place. Make it easier for yourself and find an employer who respects your personal life, mental health and time.
