I joined Pepper Square in 2022 as a UX/UI Designer, and over the past few years, it’s been an incredible journey of learning, creativity, and growth. In 2024, I was promoted to Experience Designer and Cinematographer — a reflection of the trust and support I received from the leadership team. What makes Pepper Square special is the freedom to explore beyond your role. While I was hired for UX/UI design, I also got to work on branding, logo design, and cinematography. This kind of multidisciplinary exposure is rare and has been instrumental in shaping my creative thinking and problem-solving skills. One unique aspect of the company culture that really stands out is the focus on health and well-being. Pepper Square serves freshly prepared organic food daily, which is a thoughtful and refreshing perk. It shows how much the company values the physical and mental wellness of its employees — and it definitely adds to the positive energy at work. The culture here is collaborative, and there’s always room to take initiative and push boundaries. I’ve grown not just as a designer but also as a storyteller and visual thinker.
