Good Technology -- "Unique Culture"

Pros

Good Technology, although most EHR systems either already have something similar or are in the process of creating a similar solution.

Cons

Watch your back. Employees are known to create allegations and drama to further their career path at the expense of others. It has been a revolving door of sales leadership and focus. Multiple senior sales managers have quit over the last 18 months. The CEO who has no sales background, typically has not allowed highly qualified sales leaders to run their programs. Therefore no sales closed in 2017. CEO's expectations are not in line with the market, therefore the pattern of butting heads with senior sales leadership will continue. Very "noisy" marketplace, difficult to stand out among real or perceived competition.

Pros

The PeraHealth team in Charlotte is filled with top-tier healthcare professionals (specifically on the innovation, customer and product side). The employees at this organization are extremely passionate about the Rothman Index solution and how it positively improves the overall quality and efficiency in healthcare. Again, this product is what powers the positivity and productivity in this very unique work environment. I strongly believe this company has the potential to grow and improve.

Cons

- Dysfunctional (not in all departments) - High turnover -Poor decision making from upper-level management that in turn affects all facets of the business - Extremely poor work culture - Lack of opportunities for advancement -Contradictory
