Working on old Technology in development There is no team as such for development they hire some freshers and put full work load no developer present with gud 3 years of exp in ths company Developer is also tester and also project implementor and bug fixer Joining as fresher in this company developer dosent get any thing to learn related to technology and hence not finds it easy to move in other technology On Implementation side no much pay provide as per market standards and also there is no increment structure It's fully depends on employee to impress CEO of company to get salary hikes performance dosent counts Site work outside goa employees not provided with any extra benefits nor gud hotel facilities Only one software they are running over the years which is fully utter scrap and not moving in new technology WebSite which is present have many technology present on it but none of it except RFID is exits Clients are not valued or given attention once project is executed PF for the employees is not given frm date of joining till when employee himself asks for it All in all Joining this company is wasting your precious career and just contributing to CEO family bussiness with zero personal growth
