Pretty cushy if you want an easy job.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it the job is easy. Hours are pretty reasonable and can be flexible. The benefits are good. A good place to develop connections.

Cons

Not a lot of learning opportunity or room for advancement due to the company's size. Promotions do not appear to be thought out or fair. Definitely not advertised. A lot of people just biding their time until they retire.

Not bad, not great

Pros

Management is focused on attempting to expand the scope of the organization's impact, with some success. Benefits are on par with larger organizations.

Cons

There is little concern for employees. If you get your job done you'll get your cost-of-living raise every year, just don't expect that anyone in management would actually care about you.
