Politics are one of the hardest things to deal with at Perpetual Storage, Inc. As a family owned business many professional traits either a) don't apply to the family - including dress code, language, punctuality, or effectively performing a task, or b) are overlooked to avoid confrontation or hurt feelings.
As a previous employee at Perpetual Storage, Inc. I had to ask for my paycheck on numerous occasions because it was not ready/delivered to me on the scheduled date and (even after I left) commissions were confusing, not paid out, and not a priority for the company. I also have had "loan repayment" deductions on my checks and after asking about them they "reimbursed" me for the deduction.
I have contact the US Department of Labor and they agreed that something is shady with the way this company operates it's payroll. I have also filed a complaint with the Utah Labor Commission to ensure I am paid for my past due commissions. Additionally I was not given any direction for my position. My boss did not understand the industry of the company or the way my position within the company was performed. I would strongly suggest that any individuals attempting to work at Perpetual Storage, Inc. look for another place of employment and only consider Perpetual Storage, Inc. as a last resort.
I do have documentation supporting all of the information I have made public.
