      Pros

      Good work/life balance, no micromanaging from the higher ups, company really gives emphasis on care and value for pet owners.

      Cons

      The CEO did not pay us for almost a month worth of salary. We were fooled that we will be paid accordingly but nothing was given. We were tricked to work despite the CEO's knowledge that the company can no longer fulfill our wages. My team was left out to dry. Just pure heartless.
