Pros
It is a big medical lab in my country, they import different medicines and treatments, then they make agreements with different public and private healtht programs, doctors, and clinics, so they can sell the lab products as a priority. Also they have an hidroponic plant, where they grow excelent hidroponic vegetables, making them big at the markets here in Peru.
Cons
The company is big, but the boss is not prepared to manage people. Every decision made i the company passes for him, and he makes the decisions as he wants not as the professionals in his team is recomending. He wants to control everything so much, he is not letting his company grow in the modern world.
