Forced to believe in their C religion, no team work, messy management, no proper training/guidance. They just expect you to know everything yourself. If you sound out to improve things, you are the rotten egg. Before conducting any meetings, you are being forced to pray together with them in their C religion. If you dont receive updates from them, be prepared to be axed within the next few weeks. Afew staffs in the company from their P country comes into singapore without proper work pass, as a tourist/visitor to work. Upper management is hopeless. Petty, calculative and manipulative.

New management are always talking about their C religion and prefers to hire people of the same beliefs. They are not able to trust the locals here and will hire from their own country and find ways to come here every now and then. They have serious lack of manpower issues and owes suppliers money. They love people who are good in sweet talking and will never protect those who does their job well. New hires will be sent to do the job straightaway with not much or zero knowledge and customers are always pissed with their services. Slow and messy organisation and system. They do not take feedbacks. Full of corporate politics. They will expect you to work all the time and answer everything while they would ignore your words.
