Poor management. - Very messy filing system and information management, you need to dig information by your own. - IT department are difficult to communicate, Bossy - 0 career path or growth opportunities. - Want high-quality results but at the cheapest possible cost. - High turn-over rate - Office is small and crowded - Need to share the toilet with whole floor
