Dynamic setup and great team, opportunities to grow and learn new skills and responsibilities, leadership team takes care of the people and their well-being.
Cons
With new projects and new team setup you have to constantly improve and add or remove processes to keep up with the changes. If you don't like this a more slowly paced industry and company might be better suited for you.
