      Poor onboarding experience leaves doubts about the company

      Cons

      I joined Philips last week. I had the impression that it would feel like joining a large multinational company, but the joining experience has been quite disappointing and not very welcoming. It honestly felt more like joining a mid-sized local organization. There was no welcome or joining kit provided along with the laptop, whereas even many mid-sized companies provide one. Additionally, no food or refreshments were arranged on the onboarding day. The overall first-day experience made me wonder if I had made the right decision by joining Philips.

      Worklife balance is good. Flexible timings for office. Unlimited sick leaves.

      Cons

      Minimum 3 days work from office in a week. Not good projects for Cloud and Devops. Office politics.
