Boss has an attitude, but sometimes he is understanding as long as you meet his standard.

Pros

Nothing, they work on flexible hours but you need to be available 24/7. - Defies the purpose of working remotely and claiming to have flexi time as perks to new employees. Out of nowhere you will have meetings at 12 midnight.

Cons

- no benefits - HR is trying to lowball you with your asking rate - not much interesting projects to work with - no growth
