      Incredible boss and clients make for a great job

      Pros

      Incredible boss who is very flexible, understanding and wishes for you best. Clients love you and want to talk to you all the time. The job is easy and you have time in between clients. Pays pretty well for pt technician.

      Pay is alright, location is close to transport

      Cons

      Management is not great, and the work environment is not healthy. So many staff changes over the years because system is difficult and management is very demanding (and owner can be demeaning too). No respect or consideration for employees.

      Have to work some evenings but it is private practice other days you get to leave early
