Pros

Some really great, talented and fun people to work with. But they are wasted there. No other pros.

Cons

Where do I even start? Avoid this company at all costs. The culture is shockingly bad, but that is because the business is led by toxic, incompetent people who can be spiteful, cruel and absolute bullies. Leadership favours toxic people who make others' lives hell over integrity. Some heads of department are not only incompetent but also act like dictators. HR does not seem to care, and just lets them do whatever they want - and treat people however they want - with unchecked impunity. They don’t care about their employees’ health and wellbeing, no matter how much they say they do. It’s all a pretence. They consistently mislead, misdirect and gaslight their team, who basically slave away underneath them for little to no reward. This company is cold, uncaring and ruthless. They do not act with a shred of empathy or respect for others. Unless you want to end up mentally unwell, burnt out and consumed by anxiety every day, do not join Physitrack.

CEO lacks the vision for the company

Pros

Great Product (but not updated much in the last years) Good People Remote

Cons

CEO doesn't have a vision for the company's future. It's kind of a "floating" instead of "growing" approach where the main goal of the company is not to reach new customers or conquer markets but to become profitable again. Lack of respect to the team. At this company people are treated as replaceable resources and if you are not in the upper management team, you are just an avatar in the org. Corporate approach while working in a team of 100 people. It's really shocking to see how much corporate politics could be involved in working at a small team scale-up company. No real company benefits. No stock.
