Pros
A place where you can express your creativity and learn a lot on a wide variety of high technical topics, with people which I felt were the most skilled I'd ever met in that field. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Salary was in my case somewhat average if not below the mean as a software engineer.
