      Terrible leader!

      Pros

      Nothing much really - product does have potential, but one of the leaders does not know how to sell/market it properly.

      Cons

      Biggest con would be one of the leaders. He is extremely slow in decision making, taking up to one month just to approve a website copy change. Expect to follow-up with him a lot. He has extreme anger issues, so expect to be yelled at. He doesn’t know how to articulate himself, so nothing he says makes sense, yet he expects you to understand and execute. There isn’t a lot of room to grow and learn in the marketing team. Basically don’t join the revenue team!

      Pros

      I had a good time here in my years at Pigeonlab. There's good work life balance and flexible working hours. The best thing about working here is the people culture. Everyone is friendly and helpful, there's almost no politics among colleagues. Although it's a small company, business is doing well and we've had increase in revenue during the pandemic. The product is interesting and has a good demand in the B2B space. There's a lot of autonomy in driving the work that you do here if you like that.

      Cons

      - Management may not be experienced but they're nice people, growing and learning on their jobs. - There's not much benefits -bonuses, etc here but you'll get increments for your good work here. - Start up environment with little structure.
