Pros
They provide a paycheck while employed
Cons
My experience with Pink Callers was very disappointing. There is an ongoing issue with high turnover, which makes it hard to get consistent and reliable support. Training and onboarding are poorly managed, leaving team members with little preparation but an overwhelming workload. Instead of being supported, employees are often blamed when things inevitably go wrong. Raises are almost nonexistent, and when they do happen, you’re expected to be grateful for just a few cents. Some team members are placed under unnecessary pressure, while others never receive the guidance they need to succeed. This constant cycle creates instability and frustration for both clients and staff. For a company that promotes itself as a way to simplify operations, the lack of structure, accountability, and dependable support is a serious letdown.
