Unethical owner wanting you to underestimate jobs so customers would agree to it services. Movers run the company. Owner makes promises and never follows through. Sent guys on jobs without proper equipment. STAY AWAY
The environment is very employee-experience heavy. Happy employees make for happy customers. I actually look forward to the daily challenges handed to me.
