      - Friendly co-workers - low working hours compared to others

      Cons

      - Very Old Technologies - Very Late Salaries (sometimes could reach more than 2 weeks) even without prior notice - No clear management hierarchy - No career path and no one to ask for career advices - All the companies are Juniors and mid seniors with no experienced people to run things
