Pros
The CEO cares and is friends with many of his employees. This is a relaxed and flexible environment (telecommute some days), but be prepared to work. I listed this as a pro because I believe it made me a stronger professional. They provide significant value to their customers.
Cons
Most employees wear multiple hats and have a variety of responsibilities.
