Pros

401k Matching, health insurance. Coworkers were awesome!

Cons

Compensation to knowledge/experience ratio is lacking. Management cares only about the sales numbers and will put this before their employees. "Leadership" lacked communication, and were not open to new ideas regarding operation processes and training. Stick to an hourly pay scale, salary employees often work more than 40 hours without additional compensation. Compared to other bike brands, their EP Program is lacking. Pivot employees riding other brands are demonized and are made to feel bad (mostly by the management). If you expect your employees to ride your bikes, then make it affordable. The elitist culture does not promote a spirit of camaraderie and open/honest communication in an effort to better the company. If you enjoy keeping your head down and working in a robotic fashion, this is the place for you.

Pros

- Great EP pricing -Monetary Benefits (matching 401, medical, dental, vision, bonus) -Attracts some really cool people to work there -Company ride once or twice a year -If OT or faster-paced work is required, some of the managers are willing to advocate for free meals which is very nice

Cons

- A few older managers have 'helicopter' parenting - no trust in their employees. No desire to empower, educate, and further the company by investing in each individual. Treat them as temporary, they will fly. - Company is in growing pains - one of these is the settling of cliques. Not like a high school locker room, but it gets close sometimes. - The vision of the company is a mystery to most of the workers. Not very inspiring to work day in and out when communication is clearly hush hush within the company. - PTO is extremely stingy. 5 days for first 3 years, maxing out at what Europeans start with - 3 weeks. 5 days of accrued sick time is allotted now as well (thanks AZ legislation.) -Along with minimal PTO, it is an 8-5 schedule. That doesn't fool anyone - its a 9 hour day. Along with being asked to work some weekends - there's not much time to use the bike you get such a good deal on unless you shrug off sleep deprivation, family, and any other outside ties. -Some employees have incentives to fulfill orders, others do not - but they work towards their fellow employees incentives anyways.

Pros

Co-workers and team members outside of leadership are awesome. Good product but not the most exciting.

Cons

Leadership has a rough road ahead of them. They have failed to build a sustainable and psychologically safe environment for many of their employees and teams. Promoting people on perceived loyalty to leadership or the CEO, This is an environment where people get rewarded for doing the wrong things for the sake of looking good to leadership. If you are competent and capable at your job you will get burnt out here! The company initially offers only 12 days of PTO and has little opportunity to accommodate for more than that until after 3 years of employment where you get 16 days. If you actually enjoy riding your bike outside this is not the place for you. Phoenix is unbelievably hot and is only getting hotter, riding in the summer and winter is limited by either extreme heat or darkness.
