Not a place to stick around for a long career
Pros
Individual ideas are welcome. Decent place if you want to develop skills in a particular field esp. for artists. Few games in the office such as darts and foosball table, PS3. Good Coffee. Good looking office, well maintained. You will build some good relations with colleagues esp. if you speak Telugu. You are given unrestricted internet access (I think it is not monitored). This being essential for many of the creative jobs here. Also you can browse and social network in moderation. Flat hierarchy, not may tiers, creates equality among employees. No discrimination based on regional, caste or creed. You can even demand holidays on religion specific holidays such as Good Friday or Eid. You are allowed to leave the office for lunch for up to 45 mins.
Cons
Very in-flexible job timings, especially leaving on time is looked down. Very few employees take the initiative to leave early. Even for jobs that don't require constant team interaction, the employer doesn't offer flexibility in work hours. This will force you to drive during peak hours or relocate closer. Not goal oriented, No project management, No clear direction to projects. Salary increments are unpredictable. Some years, you may not get much of a raise. You could move to another company and get a 50% raise. This also depends on the demands of the employees. No pay for overtime. You won't be sent to attend conferences or meetups related to your field. You would have to take a leave and go by yourself. Everyone calls the higher-up by the title of "Sir", creates a feeling of authority and subordination. You have inform them a day in advance before taking a casual leave. Some employees are threatened to be fired for illogical reasons. Some are fired and then allowed to join back if they want to. Not suitable for a long term career.
