Hi, welcome to the another honest review ! I know that this review will also be deleted by the marketing team of planify but its my responsibility to aware everyone being an employee here. So, that the candidates get to know about planify's work environment. The CEO over there thinks that his employees are his slaves. He comments on girls dresses and ping them personally that is really bad ... He thinks that through this he will become cool but through this he is only becoming a fool! Roles and responsibilities of HR in other organisations: -Recruitment -Payroll -Onboarding/ offboarding etc -Motivate each employee si that they can give their best But roles of an HR in planify: - Fill his water bottles. - Set the meeting rooms for him. - Make tea for him - provide snacks for his clients if they visit office - Restart/charge his phone when the phone shuts down - Do the photocopies for him If the Hr refuses to do these so called tasks in a hr roles, as per him "koi kam chota bda nhi hota" " Hr isi k liye hire kri h maine , yhi kam hota h uska" He use these lines to manipulate an HR. If the Hr denies to do these work then he will ask the finance team to do this work.

- loots money from employees & investors as company is not sebi registered - deduct security money and never return it to any employees - force employees to serve two months notice period - do not give relieving and experience letter - nothing ethically done - Planify is a trap. If you enter once you are just on the way to ruin your carrier.
