Pros

What better job is there than to bring fun and learning together for corporate and government teams that need to recharge their tired, weary workforce? At Playworks, I enjoy working with my teammates to solve challenges. Its never boring and each week is a new experience. 👍👍 Our executive team really does care about us and our development. We also have cool parties and events like the (invite only) Playworks Halloween Monster Ball! 🎃

Cons

Can get very busy during peak season (March, April, June), wherein we are doing team buildings, trainings, sportsfests, and other corporate events and trainings nonstop. 😅 Other than those months, its pretty good work life balance, since we are mostly Work-from-Home when not doing an event.
