Too few vacation days compared to other companies, but it may be negotiable

very bad atmosphere in the office, the majority of employees are extremely stupid and ignorant: pass all the day gossiping about the colleagues or superiors. bonus are distributed to friends and not according to merits. let alone that the platform is scamming people - rarely gives the profits to the customers who earn money. if they don't find any reason to keep the money, only in such a case they give profits and then close the account in accordance to some article that they have in terms and conditions. they did not pay me what they had to pay me when I resigned. avoid this place at all costs!
