* Management is open with numbers, strategy, and what's in store for the future * Most employees are open to changes and embrace change as something good. * A lot of really talented and skilled people, in all parts of the company. * Interesting, inspiring and really complex work.
Cons
* Sometimes a bit too short-sighted. Perhaps a bit too much focus on potential new customers rather than making sure that the company becomes the best in the long run.
