I can’t really think of many besides getting free gift cards at times for making sales.
Cons
Everything is micro managed. Your calls are listened to all day and constant “feedback “ as they call it of what you can do better. Have a new project working on for a cellular company constant pressure to sell and go from one call to the next in record time.
