Pros
Company is growing in different directions and definitely invested in improving technology for production and efficiencies. They provide a transparent look into their projects, challenges, and progress by communicating across the company. It’s a fun atmosphere to watch and contribute to a growing and innovative company but expect changes to come quick. Great benefits and work life balance, no complaints there.
Cons
Collaboration across departments and leaders could be better but you get a feeling that most people here genuinely want to make this company successful. Changing quickly can be annoying for some, and inspiring for others. Remote work can be challenging for any company to create connections with each other, but it can be done. Not sure about career progression and development.
