      Those who onboard during this period will be part of the pioneer team - plenty of opportunities to grow within the organization! I enjoy working with the people here. Every day is a learning day and everyone is willing to help others, wanting to do better for colleagues and our customers.

      Pros

      - CEO and CTO are super nice, management listens to feedback and tries to improve - Office is great, colleagues work well together despite being in different locations - Lovely place to start a career in fintech, managers are patient and help you learn as much as possible

      Cons

      Lack of direction sometimes, normal for a startup. Overall pretty good, we have card games and drinks to blow off steam on Fridays after work
