Lack of understanding Horrible HR department Lack of communication

Had us working in freezing temps with no heat after complaining for months to upper management. The upper manager M. is super disrespectful and always gives sass even when trying to help or just say good morning. This place has been the worst place I’ve worked at and they always overwork the employees and we even had to fight to get our overtime pay once we reached 40+ hours. They took advantage of everyone they could and didn’t offer and bonus, gift card, or even a thank you for going above and beyond your job requirement, which is why their turn over for employees is so high
