No structured development process or SDLC practice. Releases are pushed under pressure just to calm clients, not to deliver quality. Unrealistic deadlines and zero prioritization — everything is “urgent” until it fails in production. No proper HR — the existing HR has no decision-making ability, rarely responds to emails, and acts only when scolded by higher management.
