      Pros

      Pay well ..... That's it!!!! Money isnt all. Great companies like google and fedex pay 15% less but have a 500% more employee productivity and 10000% satisfaction. And so many other benefits

      Cons

      No health insurance and a lot of other stuff. Not worth writing because it wont fit in here. They aren't doing well at all. Don't get caught up in there.
