Tough work environment, bad hours

Management is terrible. They cant keep anyone without them quitting or getting fired from burnout. You can tell management you have no more capacity to work and they will go ahead give you more projects or give you two people's worth of work and have the audacity to ask why your performance starts slipping. You can expect simple requests to be flat out ignored. Expect to work late nights and more than 40 hours without compensation. This company just uses new grads to fill in the gaps without providing adequate training or on-boarding.

ERP system is a mess. Implementation was done poorly and never really rectified. Leadership cares about the bottom line matching forecast more than it actually being accurate. Not enough people get down into the data and actually learn how to make the system work. Support existed but everyone was spread so thin it only could help so much. Salaries also not competitive at all. Underpaid by tens of thousands for the workload.

Expect to work 50-60 hours per week
