Flexibility is really the only pro.
Cons
Terrible pay, terrible management, don’t give you the tools you need to clean up correctly, expects you to buy supplies out of your own pocket, management makes a ton of threats when you do quit. The pay is terrible, and they only pay once a month, and that’s if they feel like they want to pay you.
