1. Poor mgt, they don’t have an HR. The one who’s working for business development acts as an HR, having no prior knowledge of the same. 2. Never stick to their terms & conditions. 3. Don’t pay interns the stipend, and try to manipulate them by making lame excuses that they didn’t contribute, so that they feel dumb and don’t ask for the stipend at all. 4. The boss, Pratyay Bhattacharya, the most unprofessional and creature in the whole company. Don’t know how to treat their employees right. Sugarcoat new employees in the initial period and slowly try to make them their puppet. 5. Company size - too small to count. There are only 5 permanent employees who stay there by licking the sole of boss. 6. Method of doing SEO is of 90s, with spammy techniques, which gives no concrete result, but for this they blame their employees. 7. Can’t accept someone more knowledgeable than them. 8. Try to hold the payment, never want to pay the interns. Have double standards. 9. Humiliate interns with different kind of tricks and tactics, and either terminate them midway or just give the certificate. 10. Join at your own risk. You’ll get to know the further points yourself.
