Pros
Employees that are below management are friendly and helpful. Would be an amazing team to work with (If only management would get on board).
Cons
Middle and Upper management are completely out of touch with the "In's & Out's" of everyday process. Focused solely on incoming revenue, whatever the cost, prevents this company from becoming a team. Departments are splintered off into separate entities, and preferential treatment is given on favoritism and not ability or work ethic, creating a toxic work environment. Raises are inadequate, and fixed, which is never mentioned in the interviewing process. Salaries are well below average.
