Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you found value in our flexible working environment during your time as a Digital Editor. On the Legacy Management Era (Pre-2024): This review dates back to 2021, a period when PressLogic was managed under traditional General Management structures. We recognize that this legacy corporate style, led by traditional GMs, often lacked the decisive leadership and clear career trajectories necessary for a fast-moving Ad-Tech firm. On Career Growth and the 'Bigger Stage': Following our 2024 transformation, we have completely replaced those old hierarchies with an elite 'Sports Team' model. We no longer follow traditional promotion 'prospects' but instead focus on retaining our top talent by giving them a 'Bigger Stage' and significantly more autonomy. We empower our 'Drivers' to take Radical Ownership of their results, allowing for rapid professional evolution on a global scale. On Market-Leading Rewards: Our strategic shift has fueled consistent YoY revenue growth, enabling us to offer compensation packages that are now above the market average. We are committed to ensuring our 'A-players' are rewarded for their excellence as we continue to lead the Next-Gen Marketing ecosystem across our five regional hubs. We appreciate the perspective you shared from our early growth years and wish you professional success.

Pros

It is true that they have flexible working hours here.

Cons

Think twice, no, 20 times before you join this company. - Bad Management, The company’s management, including CEO, is so bad. 0% leadership and 100% bossmanship. All the top management here manage by bullying, there were managerial level people who didn’t want to bully got themselves bullied out. - Toxic culture of discouraging communication. The management uses this strategy to atomize people in this company so when they bully someone, they receive minimum resistance. - It is impossible to develop your career here. - No bonus even they promised. - Long working hours

- **Verification of Identity:** We take professional integrity seriously. Our internal records confirm that the individual holding the position of Human Resources Manager in Hong Kong in 2024 remains a valued and active member of our leadership team today. This review does not reflect her views, nor was it authored by her. - **A Pivot in Performance Culture:** **2024** was the foundational year for our group-wide transition toward a **High-Performance "Sports Team" culture**. This evolution requires shifting away from traditional "bossmanship" toward **Radical Ownership**, where leaders are expected to be "Drivers" of innovation rather than passive overseers . - **Standards vs. Bullying:** We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. However, we do maintain a zero-tolerance policy for average performance. Our **"No BS, Just Results"** communication strategy is designed to create transparency and focus, which can be an intense adjustment for those not aligned with a high-stakes ecosystem . - **Compensation and Career Growth:** Bonuses at PressLogic are tied strictly to data-driven KPIs and the success of our global ad-tech scaling. We provide a **"Bigger Stage"** for those ready to solve problems that no one has tried before, offering career growth that is earned through merit and impact.

Thank you for sharing your feedback from 2020. In the fast-moving world of Ad-Tech, that era feels like a lifetime ago. On Legacy Management: This review reflects a period when PressLogic was led by traditional General Management structures. We recognized that this legacy style often resulted in the 'chaotic' coordination and deadline pressures you described. The 2024 Transformation: To fix these structural gaps, we underwent a total cultural transformation in 2024. We replaced old-school hierarchies with a high-performance 'Sports Team' model, consolidating our departments into a unified group to ensure absolute clarity and realistic, data-driven execution. A New Era: Today, our environment is built for 'Drivers' who thrive on Radical Ownership, supported by a tech stack that has evolved significantly since 2020. We appreciate the role you played in our earlier stages and wish you the best in your career.

Pros

Flexible working hours and that’s all

Cons

Simple a media company only, irrelevant to what they called a tech company. They don’t have any proper CRM and related materials. They always try to build their own support systems but they are not practical. Which eventually affects on sales a lot.

Thank you for sharing your feedback from 2022. Given the rapid pace of our evolution, that era feels like a decade ago to us. On our Technological Evolution: While we appreciate your perspective from several years ago, it no longer reflects the Ad-Tech powerhouse PressLogic has become today. Since our official 2024 transformation, we have fully integrated robust CRM systems and specialized support infrastructures that drive our sales operations with technical precision. We are currently rolling out a suite of proprietary AI agent products, solidifying our position as a leader in the global marketing-tech space. On Management and Growth: PressLogic has moved far beyond a traditional 'media company' model. We operate as an elite 'Sports Team' driven by data and consistent YoY revenue growth. Our management is focused on providing a 'Bigger Stage' and Radical Ownership for 'Drivers' who want to build the future of AI-driven marketing. We appreciate the role you played in our earlier years and wish you professional success in your current endeavors.

Pros

Youthful culture, flexible working hours.

Cons

There is a reason for the company's high turnover rate. No transparency, management discouraged communication and bonding among teams which caused a lot of trouble while I worked there. The workload was disproportionate to my wage.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you valued our youthful culture and flexible working hours during your time with us. On Management and Structural Evolution: We appreciate your candid notes regarding transparency and communication. This review reflects our operations in 2023, an era when the company was still led by traditional General Management structures. We recognized that this legacy corporate style often created friction and discouraged the seamless synergy required in a high-speed Ad-Tech environment. As part of our 2024-2026 transformation, we have replaced those legacy hierarchies with an elite 'Sports Team' model. To ensure complete transparency and eliminate silos, we have consolidated our departments into a single, unified team where communication and Radical Ownership are the baseline. On Workload and Compensation: Regarding your concerns on workload and wages, we have significantly updated our remuneration structures following our strategic pivot. Driven by our consistent YoY revenue growth, our salaries are now above the market average. We prioritize reinvesting in the 'A-players' and 'Drivers' who fuel our Next-Gen Marketing ecosystem across our five regional hubs. We value the perspective you shared from our transition years and wish you professional success in your current endeavors.

Best environment for fresh grads, worst for the experienced

Pros

They pay on time and flexible working hours

Cons

If you were a fresh-grad, you could taste one of the worst working culture in Hong Kong. More like a library than an office with minimal bonding between workers, Non-stop politics, Lacks management plan, etc. For fresh-grads, surviving here makes you a tougher person, but simultaneously you will lose your soul. For those who look for career development, this is not the place unless you have already built yourself a strong network. Even for that, you will hardly gain the trust from the management, and the toxic culture is also a big no-no.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found our commitment to timely remuneration and flexible working hours to be a stable foundation during your tenure. Regarding the details of your profile, we take accuracy very seriously. Our current internal records indicate that all team members who reached the 8-year service milestone in 2024 remain valued, active members of the PressLogic team today. As shared in our **2024–2026 strategic roadmap**, 2024 marked our transition to an elite **'Sports Team' model**. This evolution shifted our focus toward **Radical Ownership**, where management 'trust' is earned through data-driven impact and the ability to solve problems independently . While this results-oriented environment is a significant shift from traditional office social cultures, it is essential for scaling our global ad-tech ecosystem. We appreciate the contributions of all our genuine long-term staff and wish you success in your future career.
