owner is argumentative, not open-minded, constantly rushing, not willing to listen to others while wondering why the company can't expand as she wants to, extreme cheapskate, cares more about herself

Pros
The growth potential is exponential compared to other places. Most staff here start off as an intern then quickly rise thru the ranks if they are willing to do the work. You have direct access to management and are encouraged to give your input on all things!
Cons
It’s not an easy job by any means. You deal with a lot of characters from co workers to talent to casting directors so you have to have some thick skin!
