Management is a clique. They claim to welcome feedback but they will use it against you on a review and/or as a disciplinary action. Very retaliatory.
The job description they hire you for is incomplete. They will expect you to take on additional responsibilities without any compensation or title change. Not doing it will get you labeled as "not a team player."
