I worked for 11 yrs and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The work environment was incredibly toxic, with an underlying culture of favoritism and office politics that made it difficult to feel motivated or valued.
Management seemed more focused on internal power struggles than fostering a healthy, collaborative atmosphere. Communication was poor, and transparency was almost nonexistent, leaving employees in the dark about key decisions and company direction.
Growth opportunities were virtually nonexistent. Despite claims of professional development, there was little support for skill advancement or career progression. Promotions were based on office politics rather than merit, which left many talented individuals feeling overlooked and discouraged.
If you're looking for a place to grow professionally and work in a supportive environment, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, his was not the place for me, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others seeking a positive, growth-oriented career.
