Horrible work environment. If you sense that during interview that something is weird , listen to your guts feeling and find better option. It is impossible to survive in this environment without suffering. People just come and quit. Long meetings talking bad about other people. Unprofessional people and work environment. Bias behavior of manager. Everyone deserves better place to work so look for right one. I hope this review will help you in making right decision. Good luck .

Facility is very old and dirty. Machines and equipment not working from time to time. Bugs everywhere, even inside clean rooms. Extremely understaffed. People are overworked. Some managers manage like a dictatorship. Tons of cGMP and documentation problems. Management would not listen to feedback. Your job duties could be a lot different from what was described during job interview. Very poor benefits. No one recognized your hard work.
