They don't micro manage. However my trainer didn't speak much english. I spent most of my day reading technical architectural drawings to indicate where ADA signage was required. Then proposing custom sign packages inline with brand standards.

Direction was a bit lacking, and it's every man for them self! I'd have stayed longer but my time here ended towards the onset of the pandemic when my son and sister in law caught covid 19. They had a business to run and I had to self quarantine.
