      Everyone is friendly, work-life balance is respected, managers are strict yet understanding towards employees Managers have an open mind and encourage discussions if there's any problems. The team is very friendly and the environment bears a positive spirit

      The Engineers are great people got nothing bad to say about colleagues. Pay was decent but they certainly make you work for it.

      Cons

      Management only cares about stats and staticics and making money No real care for clients only for them to sign contracts. one rule for some while free rule for others. no accountability, no training, you come in and figure it out or drown Puts stress on mental health When you leave they will deduct funds from you so keep record of everything
