• Has a personal interest in seeing employees and contractors succeed. • Treats job applicants with curtesy and respect (which feels very rare these days.) • Opens up opportunities for team members to find their best fit and highest contribution. • Addresses issues and concerns promptly and fairly. • Open, honest and collaborative work environment. • Generous with thoughtful and unconventional gifts, time off, bonuses, additional training and even cards in the mail!
Cons
Can be a fast paced environment that you have to be able to speak up for yourself and voice concerns and opinions. Anyone that can't do this and contribute at a high level may feel left out or alienated.
