Pros
Good experience to have, can work as freelance in the future for about $15/hr.
Cons
Management is not supportive at all. They promised guidance from senior staff but none was given. There are barely any opportunities to grow in the company and the people are not the best to work with. Staff are treated like cheap labour and judged too quickly.
